We understand the importance of choosing the right high school, and are delighted you are here to learn more about our school, students, and faculty. 

FAU High School serves students in grades 9-12 who have demonstrated outstanding academic ability, a high degree of motivation and maturity, concern for others, and the goal of acceleration to the university academic environment while in high school. FAU High students are comprehensively supported in their early transition to the collegiate level, and to achieve the highest standards of success and accomplishment at Florida Atlantic University.

Attend an Open House -

Prospective students and parents are invited to visit FAU High School for an Open House and Information Session. Please click here for dates and times. 

Online Application -

Please fully complete the 2017 - 2018 online application.

Academic Records -

Applicants will be required, within the online application, to self-report 7th and 8th grade (when applicable) courses completed, course grades, and standardized test scores. Applicants must also provide PDF copies of student report cards for the last two years.

Letter(s) of Recommendation -

Please use form below. Recommendation letter(s) must be sent directly from the current school or be in a sealed envelope. Letter(s) of Recommendation can be sent via email to from a principal, guidance counselor, or instructor’s email. Please Note: Attendance and Discipline Records are required to be turned in as part of the applicant application.

The Admission Committee requires ability and/or readiness evaluations for all applicants. All applicants must take the AccuPlacer. FAU High School requires four (4) AccuPlacer subtests: Reading Comprehension, Sentence Skills, Elementary Algebra, and WritePlacer.For more information on the AccuPlacer, please visit here

The Admissions Department will review the application after all materials are received and all procedures are completed. When an applicant is accepted for admission, the parents will receive email notification of acceptance and an enrollment packet.
